BOOKING TERMS
Courses are either payable in full at time of booking, or a non refundable deposit of 10% is required with each booking, with the balance required no later than 4 weeks before the course. Refunds or transfers are at the sole discretion of the Directors and will only be considered if cancellation in writing is received at least 4 weeks prior to the course. Transfers to a different course at any time will incur a £35 administration charge. Fees are otherwise strictly non refundable and non transferrable. Please note your place is not confirmed until we have received your deposit/payment in full. It is advisable to check availability in advance over the phone using a credit card number. Paula Pryke Flowers reserves the right to cancel courses at any time.
